Marvelous dining on a summer evening: La Lanterna, Sorrento

Located centrally on Via San Cesareo, La Lanterna is one of my favorites for dining outside in Sorrento. The place is built above the ancient Roman thermae, in the oldest part of town. It goes without saying that traditional Sorrento Peninsula food is served with a creative touch. Try the semifreddo della casa... a delicious dessert from citrus fruits.
